To make matters worse, we were forced to change buses and had to stand for a portion of the trip. Upon arriving in Johannesburg, we were switched to yet another bus. The experience was extremely traumatic, and I'm still shaken by the rude drivers and reckless driving.

Which clearly shows that Delta management don’t care if the same situation keep on repeating. First and last time on this bus. I called the customer care line twice on 076 441 0202 and no answer. The other number is not even going through.

The bus was on time, which was a surprise. However, it did not stop in Beaufort. It was unusual. And when we finally stopped in Britstown, the driver stopped for more than 15 minutes. The sorry excuse for a toilet on the bus is something I always avoid. There is always something wrong with it. The driver was inconsiderate and did not communicate what was going on. It was beyond infuriating to sit there for more than 20minutes, and not knowing what is going on. The bus may have been clean, but the driver's incompetence alone made it a very bad experience.

It was my very first time using Eagle Liner coaches and I must admit that at first I was reluctant but the service, wow. The bus was on time at Cape Town station, it was so clean and everything in or ... But I want to send a special message of gratitude to the drivers, more especially an old, tall and Tswana speaking driver. Oh the guy was so friendly, he literally took care of each passenger. He made sure that everyone was okay, he’d walk up and in down in the bus asking passengers if they’re ok. 1st the bus was delayed from Cape Town to Pretoria by 2hrs , then bus got pounded by legaung traffic department we waited two hours fit for the bus to be released, bus was supposed to end at Pta but ... 1st the bus was delayed from Cape Town to Pretoria by 2hrs , then bus got pounded by legaung traffic department we waited two hours fit for the bus to be released, bus was supposed to end at Pta but when we got to jhb , they got us into taxi to bosman station my phone battery was died nd my husband was waiting for me at bosman station from 13h00 I couldn't contact him becos my phone was off. But the time taxi got to Bosman it was dark and late and the taxi didn't drop us in the bus station I had to walk there cause my hubby was waiting for me there that's the place we agree on as my bus ticket stated, but as walking there carrying my luggage we were approached buy thiefs trying to robbed us and by the grace of God they was a random taxi guy who was dropping ppl off and I jumped inside the taxi pleading for help , and he had to help us and parked his taxi and escorted us personally to bus station. I was with the other lady when this happened hope she arrived also safe to her final destination
